UPDATE: We are switching the hike from Sunday 10/12 to Saturday 10/11, due to the rain forcast for Sunday**
Come join our merry crew of social misfits as we take a 4-mile hike in the woods, and then get ICECREAM! This year's hike meets at the same location as years past Hiking boots are recommended, but not necessary. Sneakers are fine.
Difficulty: The hike has two sections that can be challenging as you will need to climb up some rocks to get the best views. You can choose to skip the views and take a side trail that meets back up with the hard rock trail, if you prefer the easy way. The rest of the hike is relatively easy.
Bring a bagged lunch, water, and snacks. We will eat at a backcountry shelter .. After the hike, feel free to stick around and get some homemade ice cream with us…
