We encourage soberfun event attendees to take photos at our events and parties. We believe that nothing is better proof of the benefits of a sober lifestyle then photos of us having genuine fun with each other at the event/party/ activity. We ourselves both take and ask attendees to share with us their photos. We generally do 3 things with the photos:
Lastly, if there is a photo posted that is causing you stress, call or email us to let us know. (Dave 201-310-3151) We may be able to simply remove it, or if a group shot, edit you out. :)

We believe that nothing is better proof of the benefits of a sober lifestyle then photos of us having genuine fun with each other at the event/party/ activity. We ourselves both take and ask attendees to share with us their photos. We generally do 3 things with the photos:
- We post a group shot on David P’s FB page. The post is very generic and never refers to how we know each other. Usually “Having fun with friends roller skating” or something like that. You may attend an event and choose not to be in the group shot by simply not joining us for the group shot.
- We upload the pictures and create a private link to a google online photo album, and email attendees who RSVPd the link. There is no mention of soberfun in the album.
- We use the photos to make a hard copy picture book to share with our friends in recovery or other soberfun attendees.
- When using social media DO NOT mention anything about sobriety or recovery in your post.
- Do not tag anyone without their approval.
